How do I order?

Do I need a customer account?

How long does shipping take?

How does the return process work?
Within the statutory withdrawal period (EU law), you can return unopened/original goods. Register your return with support so we can send you the necessary steps.
What happens if a product arrives damaged/incomplete?
Please send us photos and the order number – we will take care of a replacement or refund.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, the terms and conditions are on the product page. Otherwise, the statutory regulations apply.
What does "COA/Lab Report" mean and where can I find it?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents, for example, purity, identity, and, if applicable, heavy metal/microbiology tests. If available, you can find it directly on the product page (link/QR) or obtain it from support upon request.

We produce our goods in Germany according to the highest quality standards.
